If you already have a Customer account or if you created one when you booked online, enter your email and password to access the section MY RESERVATIONS. You will then be offered a list of all the reservations you have made online.

To cancel your reservation, there are several solutions:

  1. If you have a Customer account, you can log in to the section MY RESERVATIONS.
  2. You can cancel your reservation via the confirmation email you received.
  3. If you do not have a Customer account, you can cancel your reservation by going directly to this page CANCELLATION.

Yes, credit card is required to guarantee your booking. It will not be charged at the time of booking unless it is an advance payment offer where prepayment is required. Our site is secure and your information is safe.

If you have forgotten your password, you can enter your email address in our password recovery tool.
If you have forgotten the email address you used when creating your account, please send us an email with your full name and address to this address: loyalty@contact-hotel.com. We will send your username to the address you have saved within your Customer account.
