How can I access my online booking?
If you already have a Customer account or created one when you booked online, enter your email and password to access the MY BOOKINGS section. A list of all the bookings you have made online will then be displayed.
How can I cancel my online booking?
There are several ways you can cancel your booking:
1. If you have a Customer account, you can log in to MY BOOKINGS.
2. You can cancel your booking via the confirmation email you received.
3. If you do not have a Customer account, you can cancel your booking by going directly to this page CANCELLATION.
Do I need a credit card to make a booking?
Yes, a credit card is required to guarantee your booking. It will not be charged at the time of booking, except in the case of a pay-in-advance offer where prepayment is required. Our site is secure and your information is safe.
I've forgotten my email and/or password. What should I do?
If you have forgotten your password, you have the option of entering your email address into our password recovery tool.
If you have forgotten the email you used when creating your account, please send us an email with your full name and address to this address: fidelite@contact-hotel.com. We will send your username to the address you have saved in your Customer account.
