The loyalty program is changing as of the 1st of January 2014. What will change for me?
The program is still free, and the principle remains the same: 1 night = 1 point. After gaining 6 points, you will be reimbursed €27 (instead of €26), or after 12 points you will receive €54 (instead of €53). You will no longer need your paper card. You will be able to create a loyalty account at fidelite.contact-hotel.com in just a few moments. A dedicated account area will let you consult your points balance, history of the hotels you have visited, book directly, access special offers, double your points, and much more.
Hotel staff created a temporary express account for me, and I received an email with my temporary password, how do I activate my account?
You must activate your account in order to obtain refunds. Hotel staff can create a temporary account that you need to activate: fill in your name, first name etc and accept the Ts&Cs. Please follow the steps below:
1. Log on to fidelite.contact-hotel.com
2. In "I already have an account", enter your email and your temporary password.

3. Complete your information.
4. Carefully read and accept the terms and conditions of use
5. If you wish to receive our newsletter, check the corresponding box.
6. Your account will be activated.
How do I get my points?
To get your points, the easiest way is to present your loyalty number. If you don't have this number and your account has been set up, hotel staff will be able to find you using your name, email address or mobile number.
Your points will be available in your Contact Hôtel online loyalty account. Our loyalty program is going paperless, so you don't have to worry about losing all your points if you lose your card!
