About the hotel
An 8-minute walk from the beaches, very close to the city center in Dinard, stands the Tilleuls hotel-restaurant, a family institution for several generations. A warm and personalized welcome awaits you; we speak English. It is easy to access and, appreciated in Dinard, it has a private car park with 30 spaces, which can be rented at a low price. In a quiet area, you can enjoy a restaurant, made up of two beautiful rooms. In addition to its seafood specialty, it serves traditional cuisine. Saint-Malo is 16 km away and Dinan is 20 km away.

The welcome was icy and even unpleasant. There was absolutely no soundproofing. You could clearly hear the neighbors' TV and their conversation at 6:30 a.m. on Saturday morning. The bathroom was outdated, with furniture that looked about 50 years old and paper towels covering the walls of the bathtub, which was being used as a shower. The drain plug had been removed, preventing you from taking a bath. The shower gel was very cheap. The soundproofing of the street-facing windows was appalling. There was no reception after 7 p.m. The Wi-Fi didn't work on the second floor. As for the breakfast, with its pre-packaged rusks and bagged "jams," it was appalling. A stingy and very ungenerous hotel. For rooms costing €130, it's pathetic. A real advertisement for Airbnb...

Dirty, old, unusable gate so I paid €20 for nothing, unsecured, I have to open and close the gate myself, the reception staff didn't even bother to tell me. The bed in the morning had been made haphazardly. So much dirt on the floor that our feet were black after showering, not to mention the state under the beds which haven't been cleaned for months. The bathroom/toilet door doesn't close at all, so much for privacy. A disgrace. I expect to hear from you and receive some kind of compensation. Thank you.
