The Hôtel de La Renaissance, located in the city center of Cherbourg, behind the Basilica of the Trinity, welcomes you all year round (except during the end-of-year holidays).

It is easily accessible, with a large free car park 50 metres opposite. You can also rent a space in its closed and paying garage.

Each of the twelve rooms of the establishment are spacious and comfortable. Most offer an unmissable view of the marina and the famous Cherbourg harbor. They all benefit from a double bed, a bathroom, a television and a desk. Wifi is of course free. Some rooms can be transformed into triple or quadruple rooms thanks to extra beds.

Every morning, we offer a continental breakfast from 7 a.m., including bread and a croissant delivered by our baker.
And the staff is available to introduce you to the city of Cherbourg and advise you on its good restaurants. You benefit from a wide choice of restaurants around the hotel.

For professionals, the establishment is ideally located, the Naval Group and CMN shipyards are only a few minutes away by car and hardly more on foot. The ORANO factory and the EDF site in Flamanville are only half an hour away, easily served by the road passing in front of the hotel. We also offer stopover evenings with 2 partner restaurants.

For tourists, Cherbourg is located equidistant from the 2 points of the Cotentin, namely to the East, the Val de Saire with Barfleur, Saint Vaast La Hougue and its Tatihou island, and to the West, the Pointe de La Hague nicknamed "Little Ireland". In town, you can visit La Cité de la Mer with its famous submarine Le Redoutable (discounted tickets are available at reception), the Manufacture des Parapluies de Cherbourg, the Thomas Henri Museum and the Liberation Museum among others.
